Excellent coverage and service.

The service was better than expected, I picked up my SIM at the airport and the setup was easy. I had a connection problem after a few days but I solved it quickly thanks to customer support. The connection was good almost everywhere.

Device was very reliable and I never once went without service no matter where I went in Tokyo. Device is light and compact so was easy to carry throughout the entirety of the day. Battery life was very good but the USB cable that was provided was faulty and couldn’t charge the device, but thankfully I had a spare. Speeds were always good and I could always browse internet, watch videos etc without issue. Pickup/drop off procedure was extremely easy. Would recommend and I would use this again without issue.

A small delay in delivery, but otherwise all worked perfectly and very simply. The battery was quite long lasting and it even came with a power bank. Return is very simple. Just put in the envelope provided and put in the post *before* going through security.

Great purchase. I had a wonderful experience. Everything worked perfectly. I used the pocket WiFi for a month in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Kobe, Tokyo, and the Mount Fuji area. It worked everywhere and perfectly.

Pocket wifi was convenient and useful, would recommend purchasing one for your trip to Japan

We traveled at Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and Japan Wireless WiFi never failed on coverage. Will be renting from Jaoan Wireless again when we go back to Japan 👍

The data is good, connection is fast and strong in most places.
