It was very easy and uncomplicated to activate the eSim. I used it the complete stay in Tokyo and it worked perfect. Next time, I will book Japan Wireless eSim again.

Excellent service from ordering, to picking up, and returning. Quick and helpful email response when I needed help.

Portable wifi worked perfectly. Sometimes ran low on charge by the end of the day but never ran out.

Excellent service, easy to receive and return, great reception our entire trip. Life saver!!!!

Fast and reliable connection!

The Premium Wifi was very dependable. I used it for 10 days on my Shimanami-Keido Bicycle Ride and had reliable connectivity everyday!

The service was as expected and worked well. Thank you so much for the prompt delivery and reliable, easy-to-use service!

I had no problems with the internet during all my trip. It was nos blazing fast as Verizon 5G back at home but good enough for everything I needed.

Worked great most of the time. Couple spot where we had to reset it. Very convenient pick up and drop off

Easy to use and good connexion everywhere.
