Amazing experience. The website is easy to use and has very simple explanations. The device is extremely easy to use and has a perfect internet connection. Even the return process is very easy. It is simply a perfect service.

First time renting, completely satisfied; Seamless process of receiving and plopping in the mailbox and the streaming speeds in rural Japan (Chiba) Was fast enough to stream American football playoff games.

Long battery life plus there is a powerbank included

Very satisfied with the performance. No bad connection encountered. Will definitely recommend to our friends and families.

Japan Wireless made my first trip to the country much, much easier!

Good product. Had rented for about 16 days, no issues whatsoever. It was easy to pick and and just a drop back postbox at the end. Highly recommend.

Very very very useful and cheap
Hi speed wifi connection

Have been using annually for a few years now. Great customer when I made a mistake.

This is our second time utilizing the pocket wifi rental from Japan Wireless. We had the unit delivered to our hotel and it was waiting there upon our check-in. My family of four connected to the unit and we all had great connection speed as we traveled all over Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Returning the item was easy as all return mailing supplies are provided, and all we needed to do was drop it in the Post Box on the day of our departure. Highly recommend Japan Wireless for anyone looking to rent a pocket wifi in Japan.

Works great. A must when traveling in Japan
