While I was on my business trip in Japan, I ordered sim card and on the same day even on Sunday, I received the card on my arrival to the hotel. Super fast internet service as well. Thank you

Servizio perfetto. Ritiro come concordato in aeroporto e riconsegna nella cassetta delle poste in albergo. Connessione ottima e batteria che durava per tutta la giornata .

Great WiFi service! Always connected no interruption.

I always get my family a couple of these when we go to japan. They are very convenient and work quite well!

Easy to order and return, faultless wifi connection, highly recommended.

Your devices were very helpful while we visited Japan we were able to communicate via wifi but most importantly the language translation device came in handy

The customer service was easy to communicate with to setup the pick up location and it was a very convenient and fast pick up without any hassle to setup. The battery lasted for an entire day until evening so I didn't have problem with loosing wifi connection throughout the day.

Between my husband’s phone, mine and both our computers, this was the perfect solution for us while we were in Japan.

excellent quick service with box delivered to hotel and reliable connectivity

This was my 4th time using Japan Wireless and it was easy, effective, and inexpensive as always. I traveled alone this time, but usually my husband and I travel together and we both use the pocket wifi with no issues. As long as you charge it overnight you are good to go all day long. Pick up and drop off were easy at Narita. Will use this service again next time I'm in Japan.
