The pocket WiFi was excellent. We had reliable coverage and hardly had to use the back up battery. As long as it was charged overnight because it was slow to charge we found it lasted all day and met our needs. The only time the coverage was patchy was on the bullets trains.
The service for the pocket Wi-Fi was also excellent we requested hotel delivery and it was waiting for us in checkin.

So happy with the product. It worked well and the coverage was perfect. Easy to use and set up. We had only one incident when it stopped working. We rebooted phone and wifi device and it was again good to go. I recommend it!

Went throughout Japan and had service wherever we went. Really beneficial for those not on international plans.
