Avis

I used this every few months when I stay in Tokyo, Japan for about 1.5 months. I use it constantly with my iPhone and computer in my apartment and during travel (trains mostly) and had no problems!

The connection is fast and everywhere connected. The first pocket WiFi was down and didn’t connect the network. They send another apparate in few hours at my hotel. Very good assistance.

This pocket WiFi was very easy to use. It worked perfectly even in okinawa and it lasted all day. It was very useful for my trip, I will definitively use it again if I come back to Japan.
The delivery was easy : I picked it at my hotel. And it was also easy to send back with the envolope given in the package.

Easy to order, pick up, use and drop off! Great value too! Will definitely use again next time.

When i travel to Japan always book japan wireless coz hassle free.deliver in my hotel and return to any post office box around tokyo. Fast and reliable connection of internet even you’re in province.

Connection was stable and fast. It helped our family of 3 a lot as we navigate Japan during our week-long stay. Will use again when we go back

I already used this service in 2019 and now again in 2024. Perfect delivery, great internet non stop all over Japan, great use for my translator. The return of the devices in the envelop in the airport was very fast, I was still on my way back to Italy when they received the devices back. Easy to use, no new settings on the telephone, only a password and you are connected at the best internet speed and service. I will use again next time in Japan, for sure. Great, great service

Service is excellent

very good! The pocket wifi was waiting for me at my hotel. It was so easy to use ! We took it all around Japan - the return was very easy as well.
