Always a good connection, we were satisfied 😊👍🏼

Really easy hassle free pick up from the airport and and post box drop off. Easy to set up and use. Connection and speed for 2 handsets was great all over Japan. Never had a problem anywhere. Being always online made travelling and finding things so much easier than hoping to catch a WiFi hotspot.

This device has been a trust help for my japanese trip! Even if many free connection are available, the pocket WiFi is faster and more stable than any other connection. For sure, I will repeat this experience next trip!

Easy to use, allways fast WLan, perfekt!

seamless internet mobile experience

Wifi device worked perfectly and delivery and return process were easy.

Excellent system
Very helpful

This service was convenient and affordable for me!

The pocket wifi was great. We really depended on it for directions & looking at different locations. Only minor drawback was that the speed was data slow.

Pocket WiFi worked very well for majority of our trip. A couple times it slowed down, but overall unit worked well. The only issue I found, the unit was more expensive than other suppliers. Delivery and drop off were great!
