I was delighted with this service. The portable router was compact. It was at my hotel when I arrived. It worked very well throughout Japan, saving me a lot in Verizon roaming fees. Return was simple at Osaka ITM airport.

Strong reception and coverage except in tunnels. Power pack for battery finicky with connections but not a big deal. Will use again next trip

The WiFi rental process couldn’t have been easier . The items were at our hotel when we arrived and we simply posted the whole thing back at the end of our stay . In between we had excellent WiFi connectivity wherever we were in Japan . It worked a treat !!

the device has always worked very well. The battery lasts very long, the power bank was only needed once. Essential.

Very convenient, seamless and simple to use. Highly recommended.

Unlimited, fast, hassle free. Highly recommended!

Pocket wi-fi worked well. Battery life is decent, and extra charger included.

This WiFi is easy to order online and was delivered to our hotel so it was there when we arrived to check in. The package included the WiFi, battery, charging cable, directions, and return envelope. There were no issues with the WiFi during the trip and we returned it at the airport by dropping off the envelope in the designated mailbox. This was a perfect way for my friends and I to all have access to a secure WiFi without paying a lot of money.

Cobertura total sin fallos. Con la batería duraba todo el día y estábamos conectados tres personas. Fácil de usar y muy cómodo su recogida y devolución. Lo recomiendo sin duda

The pocket wifi was well worth it. Its signal was high and had no experience of interruption. Its battery also lasted for full day without the need of the extra battery.
