Consistent stability and decent speed, even while travelling through multiple prefectures.

I look forward to reactivating my JW eSIM next time I’m in Japan.

We recently used Japan Wireless. They delivered the device to our hotel and it worked brilliantly the whole time. Such a great option and so easy.

Good and convenient network

J’ai reçu mon wifi pocket sans aucun problème. Lors de mon prochain voyage au Japon, je commanderai , de nouveau, à Japan Wireless sans aucune hésitation.

As per instruction we picked up our unit at our Hotel followed instructions and our whole stay in Japan was covered with amazing internet speed. We will surely get their services again.

We have rented a pocket wifi many times from Japan Wireless. It is always delivered on time, excellent coverage, clean and neatly packaged, charged and ready to use, easy to return after use, and a fair price.
Thank you Japan Wireless!

Very reliable service.
Highly recommended

Quick pick up, instructions come in English and when you’re done just drop it off in the mailbox at the airport when you’re checking into your flight (before you go through security). Had no problems during my 2 week trip!

It was really awesome and very nice and fast, easy to get online and very cheap plans for the data, for less than 13 usd i was able to have a whole week with data anywhere in japan very convenient and smooth, loved it !!
