Our wi-fi died after 1 week and 5 days, we had 2 days left in Japan. I emailed customer service, and they shipped a replacement wifi same day to our hotel. I would definitely use this service again for future travels.

Thank you for the internet network service during my trip. Its a pleasure to visit japan stay connected and help to find roadplan.

Funziona molto bene, la carica dura circa 12 ore poi in dotazione c'è un Powerbank. Lo abbiamo usato per 14 giorni collegati in 4 contemporaneamente. Facile ritiro e deposito in aeroporto.

Used it for 10 days for Japan trip to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Worked well most of the trip but a couple of days towards the end of the trip wi-fi connection was slow or did not work. Had to turn off device and restart a few time. During bus tour up to Mt. Fuji station, it did not work at all. Easy pick-up and return. Package had everything needed.

Rented this WiFi unit for two weeks for two people to use. We had used this last year for a week long trip as well. Easy to connect to with multiple devices.

This time our unit had some initial issues with charging to maximum battery, but despite this, the device still lasted us for a whole day. The company was responsive to our issues via email and offered to switch out our device, but we ultimately decided it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Worked well in Tokyo and Kyoto. Only occasionally spotty in between the two cities. Battery lasted a good amount of the day

Pick up and drop off were super easy. The wifi was always really fast, the battery lasted literally all day, and they even give you a little portable charger just in case. If you dont have a phone that can use sim cards this is the perfect option :)

Picked up the SIM card from KIX JAL ABC counter outside the arrival hall. Had to set up the APN and after that it works! Good reception everywhere we went.

Japan wireless provided fast and reliable Wi-Fi for my visit to Tokyo, Kyoto, and several day trips to smaller cities. My travel party of 2 never had any issues being connected. The portable battery helped to ensure this and I recommend Japan Wireless highly. The process to pick up and return the wireless was very easy.

Prompt delivery, excellent stability, full coverage, zero hassles
