It was so easy to book this product! Detailed instructions of how to collect the package was emailed and it was watiing for us, as described!

The pocket wifi never dropped coverage, it did have to be recharged daily, but most importantly kept us mobile whilst visiting Japan! Thank you so much!

Your service worked excellent, when I arrived to the hotel your equipment was waiting for me at my room, coverage was very good. If I ever go again, you can count me as client. Thanks!!

The device worked great.

Brilliant product. Used it all the time in Japan.

The device was easy to set-up and use throughout our trip to Japan. The return envelope was a breeze to send the device back, especially since the hotel receptionist was so accommodating in mailing it for us.

Worked as advertised, 100% and I wish we had it for our entire trip, thank you

I’ve traveled everywhere in japan with this pocket wifi and it has never failed me.

Japan Wireless worked awesome all trip in Tokyo and Kyoto. Easy pickup and drop off. Highly recommend it!

The pocket wifi worked well in all of the cities we visited and the charge lasted almost a full day. Thankfully, Japan Wireless provided a power bank should you need to recharge the pocket wifi.

I have rented from Japan Wireless numerous times and it always worked as expected.
It is convenient whether I pick up at the airport or they ship to a specific location. However, there is a wait when you pick up at the airport.
