Works perfect and battery is enough for a whole day

Very good product, easy to use

It was great experience using Japan Wireless during my trip to Japan. Easy to use!! It works in all places. I strongly recommend it.

I would highly recommend Japan wireless for any and all travel within Japan, super easier to pick up and super easy to drop off!

It was great to have a reliable wife on all our mobile equipment for the entire trip.

Amazing service and product!

Easy collecting at the airport and most easy to install. We had fast wifi everywhere. The returning the wifi at the airport in the envelope was also perfect.

It was an essential tool for my trip. It perfectly worked all day. The pocket WiFi arrived in my first hotel in Tokyo and then I left it in a postbox inside the airport. Highly recommend

We received our portable Wifi Router directly from the Airport, along with an additional battery (which we never needed btw). We had uninterrupted connectivity throughout our stay in Japan in all the regions that we visited (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka). I would definitely recommend their service, and I would definitely prefer them, when I am going to return to Japan.

P.S. Using the post to send the device back is an amazing and hustle free process!!

Good service
good quality. Any problems, what can you ask more?
