Avis

Easy to pick up and easy to use. The battery lasts the whole day for one person use. I never really needed the extra battery but was glad it was included. Would use again!

easy to order.
I had it delivered to my hotel and it was right on time. Sending is also easy, everything in the bag and envelope and in the letterbox, so easy.
thank you for the service

Worked great! It was easy to use

Overall, I was very satisfied with the product. The portable power bank and charging cords that comes with us a nice touch. Only downside was that the kiosk was a bit difficult to find for pick up, but return was super easy. Another downside was the wifi speed was very slow at Kansai airport and on the way to the Airport from Osaka. Otherwise we mainly used it in Osaka and Nara and it worked to perfection.

Thank you so much Japan Wireless!! Very accomodating customer service and Very reliable and quality Pocket Wifi ..

During our stay in Japan, the wireless router never disappointed us. Always connected, no matter where. And so easy to install.

Excellent! Would have been lost without my pocket wifi.

Very good products. I used the wireless for four weeks and it worked perfectly.

Amazing device and delivery

We were very satisfied with the product and the coverage all over Japan! Will purchase it next time as well
