Internet was reliable and was able to support the needs of the family

Use this wifi while in Japan for 18 days! Easy to use I picked it up at Narita south wing and dropped off near the security. Very useful while in japan. Very satisfied customer! Next time I travel in japan I’ll use Japan witeless again!

You'll never go wrong renting this wifi.

Excellent service across Japan. Never had an issue with network connection or slowing. Thank you Japan Wireless for helping make our trip a memorable one.

Excellent connectivity all around the country! Definitely recommended

This was a lifesaver while in Japan. It worked everywhere we went, and kept us connected. Our family of four were all able to use it all day and the included charging block was so helpful. We needed it a lot with all the apps we used for translation and transportation. So helpful! 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone planning a visit.

Renting the portable WiFi was wonderful. It was an easy pic up at the HND airport. We did have to wait 45 minutes. It wasn’t opened yet. 2 devices using 10 g. Was more than enough data. Happy it was charged and ready to go. Lasted all day for us mapping social media and email.

Signing up was very easy as I was traveling to Japan. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip. Canceling my order was again quick and easy.

I will order again on my next trip to Japan.

Seemless and good quality signal.

It worked for the most part, although you can’t make cellular phone calls. Loved it !
