Avis

Our pocket wifi worked well for our entire two week trip.

Definitely a must when going to Japan. It worked everywhere even in the metros. It was easy to use and set up.

We reserved and used this for our 2 week stay for 4 people. It was a little glitchy at times in the beginning, but we never called for service and we were able to resolve it (possibly user error). When we did have an issue, customer service was quick to respond by email and on the phone. They provided tips and options to make it work. In then end it worked out really well we were able to stay connected during our trip. Satisfied and would use them again on future trips.

Worked perfectly, everything was great

Better than I expected. Excellent coverage, speed and capacity. We had 3 users accessing at the same time with no problems.

All perfect. I didn't have any problems during the trip and the SIM arrived on time even though I booked late! I highly recommend it!

I don’t think we could have managed without it. Worked flawlessly.

Very easyJet to get at the counter at airport, very easy to use and to return. And great price!

Had a good experience from pick up, usage and drop off. We had connection most of the time, except up in the mountains but that is understandable. Device has a decent run time too.

Easy to set up and worked well, as expected! Thank you!
