Semplice il ritiro e la riconsegna del wi-fi. Prendeva sempre ed aveva in dotazione anche powerbank.

Brilliant was worth having

After initiating our reservation, every step in the process was great -- the communication, the pick up, the daily use (never ran out of power so never had to use the included power bank), the connectivity, and the return mail envelope. When I come back to Tokyo, I'll use Japan Wireless again.

Makes travelling so easy.

Pretty reliable and fast internet. Practically relied on it my whole trip, would definitely get it again

Pocket wifi worked really well everywhere I went. If any issue due to signal just restart and it will work again. Highly recommended when traveling in Japan. Easy pick up and drop off at the airport.

Consistent connection, fast speed. Didn't have any problems. Pickup and drop-off was hassle-free.

It was a good router to have on the trip. Very reliable.

It was awesome it worked fine

Good network. But dont get idea of Usage and balance. Zoom meeting are better with this compared to some other vendors. Speeds are less even in Central Tokyo area(Iriya) , but improves after 9 PM.
