It was waiting for me at the hotel when we arrived and worked as advertised. I recommend it to anyone who needs connection.

Japan Wireless had made it easy for us to install with detailed instructions. We will be using services again for our future Japan trip.

Highly recommend this company! Product was delivered and arrived the day before I checked in at the hotel. No problems with WiFi while we were in Japan. The company provides you with their self-addressed envelope to return the loaned items to a postal box. Thank you Japan Wireless for keeping us connected!

Very good and helpful for our time in Japan. The delivery worked very well. Easy to return.

I rented a pocket wifi unlimited data for 2 months and was very satisfied with the Service. Ordering online was easy, collection at Narita Airport too and connection simple to set. The network worked very well throughout my month-long tour of southern Japan. The device's battery performs well, and I never needed to use the powerbank that came with it. I was supposed to send the pocket wifi back from Narita but my flight was cancelled and non re-scheduled, so I went to their office in Shimbashi, bought a data sim online and a very nice person who speaks English installed it in my phone and connect it. I highly recommend Japan Wireless. I will use it again for my next visit to Japan. Many thanks for your professionnalism.

Easy to get replacement. We had a wifi that didn’t charge and they replaced it right away!

Very convenient delivery of product to my hotel Product came with accessories (carrying case, charging cable, and charging block. Compact and WiFi coverage with NO fail. Different WiFi plans. Will rent again.

Worked as promised. Will use again

Fast connection, easy-to-use device & reliable. The process of booking to receiving (I chose to collect at the nearest post office) and to returning the pocket WiFi was really smooth. I will choose this again when I visit Japan the next time.
