easy to order online. We picked up from the post office of Osaka airport, the package was there on time for collection with clear instructions in Japanese for the post office staff too, very easy to use, easy to return with clear instructions

Very good connection

From pick up to drop off, the entire process was seamless. Picked it up at haneda airport and dropped it off in a mail box right outside the airport (mailer is included with the pocket WiFi).
Now for the device itself… I used it for 2 weeks around Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Mt. Fuji area. Had connection in all places and rarely had issues. Occasionally it would restart, but this would usually happen at night. It would also occasionally disconnect from my phone but would reconnect. Got around fine without using the portable when it was charged every day. I had 2 devices connected. Whenever one device was too far, it would disconnect. If you are sharing this with friends please make sure you’re close by.
Overall, great device. Would use again!

We loved our pocket wifi and the seamless luck up and return. The device is small and very light and one charge lasts for a full day of web navigation and access if only we could get the same in other countries and save on roaming charges!

Japan Wireless was wonderful!! Had service & speed everywhere. Highly recommend using Japan Wireless as it is so convenient with easy airport pickup & drop off!! Having the battery charger included was a huge plus!! Definitely will use Japan Wireless on my next visit to Japan!!!
