Perfect! It works all over Japan

Worked great. Easy to set up and lasted all day on 1 charge

The wifi worked great! I think there was only one area we visited where there was no service, but other than that we had great service and no issues with battery life.

Japan Wireless portable wi-fi was an indispensable companion on our Japan trip. The connection was always strong and reliable. The extra power bank allowed us to be out all day long with continuous internet connection. The only drawback was that the portable wifi unit seemed to be old and it kept on sending out "Exceeded Maximum Data" message. At first it concerned me, since I paid for "unlimited data" plan, but I realized that it continued to provide me data without incurring new charges. So all good.

We used Japan Wireless Premium Wi-fi during our 2-week stay in Japan. We were able to connect our phones, laptops, tablets and stay online, well-informed and well-guided wherever we were. Easy to collect, use and return, excellent performance, indispensable for everything (from bookings to transportation, Google Maps, orientation, tickets etc). We would rent and use again anytime, loved the entire experience!

The service is excellent!

Pocket WiFi has always worked well everywhere.

Japan Wireless is the only company I would ever rely on for wireless routers in Japan. Their customer service is top notch and very quick to respond to any questions. Their instruction sheet is very detailed and easy to follow. And their routers are very reliable. I highly recommend Japan Wireless and look forward to doing business with them in my future visits to Japan!

We were a group of 6 travelling for 14 days all over the country and Japan Wireless pocket Wi Fi worked very good during the full trip. Battery lasts about 8-10 hours depending on the usage and it also comes with a power bank and an adaptor for the power socket with 2 usb connections. You just have to turn it on and it's ready to use!

All perfect, poket but with long durability of battery.
