Avis

It was easy to use and came with a charger which was super useful. The whole process of picking up the wifi at the airport and returning was so easy. I'd do it again!

Wifi service works well. The unit is reasonably compact but also requires the separate charger if used for more than about half a day.

It was convenient to receive the pocket Wifi at the hotel, and return as well.

Simple and easy to use. Comes with extra battery pack.

Fast pick up and easy delivery. Had it for 20 days with 4 people using it and was great. Worked great all the time.

Pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier. Picked up at the airport and dropped off at a mailbox. The battery will not last a full day, but with the extra battery pack, we were fine. Connecting instructions were adequate.

Besides obvious issues (namely - not being connected until device is collected and started and all travellers requiring to stay together near the device), this is the best and simplest option to remain connected during our stay in Japan. It is virtually unlimited for our needs, it was working all the time (they even provide power bank), and it was very easy to return.
Another amazing Japan experience for us!

Smooth pick up and return of the gadget.Very polite staff at the airport.

The WiFi was delivered to my hotel previous to my arrival. It was very easy to use and very reliable. This is a must piece of equipment for any travel.

Thank you!

Super easy to setup after pick up. Was great for 3 people 6 devices. Had no issues whatsoever. Loved that they include a portable charger. Thanks Japan wireless
