Avis

Simple to get at the airport, simple to post before leaving Japan and very effective. The charging battery provided with the pocket wifi is very useful to have a full day connection.

I had signal all throughout and even have leftover data gb upon my departure. Highly recommend this sim. Fast and reliable.

I used Japan wireless twice during my trips around Japan, always perfect never a problem. I will use it again

From picking up our wireless router at Narita to the ease of setting it up and working perfectly as described. Our experience with Japan wireless was perfect! I would highly recommend using it for your wireless needs when you travel to Japan! Between myself and my two teenage children who are heavy social media users we had no issues with connectivity or download speeds.

I purchased 2 e-sim with 20 Go each. No problem, they worked immediately when we arrived in Japan. We visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara without problem.
I recommend

First time trying Pocket Wifi. Japan Wireless was a great value, the instructions were super easy to follow for both pick up and drop off/mailing. They communicated each step before I even left and I would definitely use again!

We ordered 3 of them for our family members for our trip and were happy we did.
Less expensive than our mobile provider’s internationally roaming plan and connection was good, even on the train and subways.

family was satisfied with this service and will recommend to everyone. less expensive than doing esim for each person, and it could connect up to five devices at the same time.

Good service, happy to have it

Everything was easy - from picking up the mobile WiFi, turning it on and connecting, consistent WiFi and returning the mobile Wi-Fi.
