Avis

My family of 6 used the premium wifi during our 2 week vacation there. For the most part, it worked great. There were sometimes that the data was slow but it was working after we recharged the wifi. Would recommend!

Thank you, Japan Wireless for your amazing service. This year I got a WiFi Modem instead of a SIM card, but how great is the service!! Even when more than ten people were accessing the modem, it still worked well - albeit a slower speed. Amazing service!! Don't muck around, just get your SIM or WiFi modem from Japan Wireless.

Couldn’t recommend Japan Wireless more. We were so happy with the pocket WIFI on our recent trip to Japan and look forward to using it again in the future.

I’ve always used Japan Wireless when visiting and they have the best service and comes with charging block to charge the pocket WiFi. Last me for more than a day

I had easy and good access to the internet except for some areas while I was on the subway

In our days of usage, there was never a downtime. Great signal from Tokyo, Okayama & Osaka.

Super easy to find the pick Up and to use it, also to bring it back

I recently traveled to Japan and was very pleased with the pocket Wifi that I rented from Japan Wireless. The unit was ready to go as I turned it on, and used it without any problems. I would rent from them again, I highly recommend them.

Worked perfectly had no issues with it

Worked perfect the entire time, will definitely get this again if I visit Japan in the future.
