I didn’t know I needed a Wi-Fi hotspot until it was too late and I was already in Japan. Japan wireless came through and saved my whole trip it only took 12hrs and I received my Wi-Fi hotspot after ordering. The only downside was the charger that was sent with the hotspot was faulty and I had to work it around for 10 mins every time I needed to charge it. All in all I would say definitely get this if you don’t have any service in Japan!

Good wifi. Limited battery but power bank to help. Slightly not enough for the whole day but manageable.

Flawless, constant wifi for 3 weeks in Japan. Also included battery pack and double mains socket. Price comparable to others. Easy drop off at any post box (though airport reception took it for us). Essential kit for travelling in Japan.

The pick-up was really fast, the instructions are verry clear and whe had no problem with the device during our 3 weeks stay.
Also, we never used the external battery though we never turned off the device during our visits, We just charged it every night at the hotel. Very pleased with the quality considering the not so expensive price i've paid.
