This device and service very reliable. The rental cost is very affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

This is very useful for when searching for shops , restaurants .

It was very user friendly, very useful for a first timer visitor like us because it keeps us connected on the internet and it can be used by other devices.

easy pickup at airport counter, easy drop off at lawsons

Easy to use, great price, way cheaper than cell plans, unlimited data, fast, reliable, and so convenient. They delivered to hotel exactly on time, and drop off at airport departure.

Everything was so simple and easy with this device. Would highly recommend

Great for reliable wifi around Japan.
Ordering, picking up and returning was easy process.

Speed and coverage are indeed privileged, plus extra power bank, need not to worry about battery loss

The process to rent a pocket wifi was very easy.

The whole process was easy and user friendly.
It made us a bit nervous to know there was no customer service available in Japan, but we had no issue to consult about…. We traveled to Hokkaido out in the mountain, and had the wifi with no issues. We will use the service again and recommend to anyone looking for easy Wi-Fi access.
