Excelent product and service

I am very happy with Japan Wireless service.

Very efficient and reliable network connection throughout our visit to Japan.

From instructions that were idiot proof on how to find their booth, to the ease of set up .......everyone should use this company. Everything went without a hitch. Great experience

Nice experience with Japan Wireless. The package was waiting for me at the airport and the pocket WiFi worked fine.

A must have when in Japan and to always stay connected. Easy to use, value for money and excellent coverage.

Very Good service!

Received, at my hotel, the Japan Wireless hot spot as ordered. Worked well wherever I went in Japan. Highly recommend it!

I used Japan Wireless for my recent trip to Japan and I didn't regret anything! It was super convenient. I went to Kamakura, Kawasaki, Enoshima, and Tokyo and I had a Wifi signal everywhere I went. The battery lasted from around 7 am to 4 pm from what I remember, but as long as you charge the extra battery it should last you all day. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to people who are traveling to Japan short-term and need Wifi on their trip. The return process was very easy.

Recently rented for 2 weeks while on business in Japan. Reliable high speed internet wherever I went. Very simple pickup at airport post office and drop off in mail. Just turn it on and you’re up and running. Couldn’t have been happier.
