What fantastic service, the arrangement to pickup from my hotel concierge worked perfectly and return via a pre paid satchel was very convenient to post at airport post box for which they provided a map.

What an easy and excellent service. I couldn't think of getting around Japan without this. I just want to thank Japan Wireless for helping us. Enabled us to travel around Japan and discover new places with ease! Can't recommend this enough guys! Super safe and easy! Just literally pick up anywhere you want, use it, then post it back. So so easy. Love it

Japan Wireless worked very well, it was just the battery that had a low endurance.

Un accessoire indispensable pour un voyage tranquille. Le pocket wifi nous a permis d’avoir une connexion partout où nous sommes allé et franchement c’est bien pratique. Avec 2 téléphones connectés la batterie tenait environ le 3/4 de la journée et avec la batterie externe fournie en plus c’est parfait. Je repasserais par Japan Wireless pour un futur voyage au Japon !

Worked as advertised

We are a couple of 70+ and had read that e should get a wifi for Japan. This wireless wifi did not let us down. It helped Mr Google find our destinations every time. We wouldn’t have been so mobile without it. Every train, sight and restaurant was available to us at all times thanks to Japan Wireless. Fantastic help.

Second time we have used this service, both times it's been perfect. At our hotel waiting for us, great coverage, simple to use. Cant fault it.
