It worked wonderfully well serving all our devices through our two week trip in Japan.

Even I had a problem with the device, once I informed, the company reacted immediately delivering a new one on the following day

Overall experience is good. Most of time the reception is good except a few spots were slow. It’s good for the price and I will recommend it.

This was the best thing we could have had on our visit to Japan. It worked everywhere we traveled during our stay and had great battery life. Pickup was simple as I could pick it up as soon as I landed at the airport. They even give a map of my chosen airport so that I could easily find the pick up location in the airport. Drop off was also simple, they include a return envelope, pre-labeled, that you drop in the airport postal drop box. I cannot compare this to using a SIM card, but this was relatively cheap and easy to use. You can use this device for multiple phones and other wifi connectable devices at one time. This meant I did not have to pay for both my partner and my SIM cards. I would recommend this product to anyone traveling to Japan.

Easy Narita airport pickup. Drop box return at Haneda Airport. Slight problem on signal on some days. Battery lasts about 12-15 hours. Thanks!

Easy to use and gets pretty good connections even in subway areas.
Was able to activate at airport no problem and is a great alternative to getting an actual SIM card! Would highly recommend this!
