As the title says, the service is excellent, delivery, return, internet speed and availability, the only thing that needs improvement is the battery of the router didn't last enough, last time it lasted the whole day, this time I had to charge it 2 to 3 times every day. You could renew your routers for your excellent internet service.

Easy to install, long lasting battery (we did not use the extra battery). Easy to pick up and drop off.

Very usefull. Worked perfectly. We were always connected.

all was perfect except the fact that two modules would have been better when we where separated for more more than 12 meters.
do you plan to make special prices for "trip for two" cases. any way i'll strongly recommand your services.

Great service! There were no problems with internet connection, it was easy to pick up and to return back. 10 out of 10!

We purchased a 21 day wireless and from booking to receiving and returning the whole process couldn’t have been more straight forward.

Connection whilst in Japan (we travelled from Tokyo to Kyoto to Ōsaka and to Miyajima) was absolutely no problem - no issues - was fast and consistent.

Will definitely use their services again when in Japan

Clear instructions given to the pick up desk, helpful person who gave us the kit and excellent coverage whilst we were out and about. Could also drop off at a different location- very good all round.

Highly recommended over the prepaid sim. Easy to use, can connect multiple devices including tablets etc. Great for groups and solo travel.
