Fab little devise which was great on our recent trip around Japan. Easy to pick up and drop off.

It was delivered to the hotel as requested, the instructions were clear, there was almost no setup, it came with a pre-paid envelope for the return, it was easy to use and we connected several mobiles to it. The price was reasonable, around 60 eur for 10 days. And it came with a power bank to ensure you didn't run out of battery (the in-built battery lasts around 4h). You shouldn't keep it on all the time, though, it gets a bit hot (it was summer, maybe that affected it). Only thing I missed was a notification of a successful return, after I posted it back. But I am very happy and I am recommending this product to my family members who are travelling to Tokyo in Sep!

The instructions and use were very easy and service prompt and dependable. I used it four (4 ) times since 2023 and it makes communicating with family very easy.

I was able to picked up the gadget easily from the airport, then I was able to set it up quickly right then and there! I used it every day and recharged every night.
Also, return of the item could not have been easier! All I had to do was to drop it at a mailbox at the airport!
