Not a single problem. Fast speed, long lasting battery, easy pick up and return. A very good experience!

Best thing to have while traveling in foreign country. Easy to rent and use. Only suggestion I have is to let the hotels know that these are prepaid envelopes so they don’t need to feel like if they should accept them or not Seems like the hotels were reluctant to accept them.

It worked great without any problems from the first to the last day. I can highly recommend it. Next time I will order it again.

This company has the best customer service. They are the most efficient and convenient provider. The receiving and returning process is the easiest one available. I’ve recommended this to everyone that talks about traveling to japan. The customer service team responds extremely fast and accommodating.

I rented a hotspot twice from this company (2017 & 2019) and twice their customer service was seamless. I even told my sister about it- she rented one as well while we were there in Japan together. It came with a battery pack which I didn’t even have to use. They provided a return envelope for the hotpot! I find they had great rates!
