We couldn’t have visited Japan without it, it never failed and was so easy to use . Totally worth the money .

It was perfect: retired at my hotel, and returned in a mailbox of the airport the day I leave Japan.
It works everywhere, good data speed, and good life of the battery.
Sometimes needed to be recharged during the day, but the overall experience is very good.
Thanks!

Tutto perfetto, dalla consegna, alla facilità d'uso e per terminare con la riconsegna in aeroporto. Straconsigliato!

Overall had a good experience. The coverage was good and only dropped a couple of times over 15 days. Picked it up at the airport Post office, the set up is simple, auto-connects without a hassle.
A few cons: 1) my device was not charged and the battery was very low when I received the pack, therefore was a bit tricky to get to the city before charge was all lost; 2) had to reset the device a couple of times at times of high usage; 3) price was a bit steep but can't do much about that.
Overall, I had a good experience and would order again.

Easy pick up. Easy drop off. Great reception. No issues

It worked great and return process was so easy. Will be renting this again.

Would definitely use this again the next time I’m in Japan.

Very good product, strong signal, but the battery will be great if little bit bigger

No issues the whole process is very easy and the wifi connection was consistently good.

The pocket wifi works in every place and the long battery is amazing.
