1 day before traveling to Japan we discovered that none of our phones was e-sim enabled. This wireless was the best solution! We had great wifi our entire trip and didn't have to switch to hotel wifi etc. Product was as described. Received at our first hotel and sent back in the mailbox at the last Airport. Would use this service again!

Le boîtier a très bien fonctionné, même dans des zones éloignées des grandes villes.
Ça a été très facile de le récupérer (il nous attendait à notre hôtel) et de le renvoyer (posté à l'aéroport juste avant notre vol retour)

User friendly but it would be better to have a more powerful battery or to need one device only for one day and not two (battery of the router + battery of the power bank)

This is the second time we use Japsn Wireless for our trip to Japan. The device were sent to our hotel on the day of our arrival. Everything went smoothly. The signal was very good, in crowded areas like Osaka Umeda as well as in the mountains in Hokaido.
I made a mistake by forgetting to return the device before boarding the plane. They guided me through to send the device back from the Netherlands by air package. They are very patient and helpful during the process. I will come back for our next trip to Japan and would highly recommend Japan Wireless.
