It was very helpful on our trip to Japan, to allow us to navigate our trips on our holiday

Prodotto fantastico. Ha funzionato correttamente per tutta la vacanza. Consigliatissimo

The Pocket WiFi was everything we needed for our trip! It was easy to order, convenient to have shipped and waiting for us at our hotel. It was small and unobtrusive in our day packs and did not fail us once the entire trip. The battery life is very good as well, but for as heavily as used it we were sure to have a fully charged power bank with us. We will definitely use this in the future again!

Very good service and easy to rent and get back tks

Not only was this device delivered straight to our hotel, but the return slip was also extremely easy & convenient for dropping off at the airport. Its battery life was long, longer than what was expected (about 11 hrs before we had to recharge). I HIGHLY recommended Japan wireless!

Must have when traveling through Japan, having internet connections help massively when seeking directions, translations and finding great food spots.

Machine comes with enough power to last the whole day and speed was fast enough to stream videos and connect online for our whole party while traveling.

I loved having a small portable wifi available 24/7. And at a good price.

I’ve been using Japan Wireless every year for the past 5 years. I’ve had excellent service and always a great product. It’s easy to use and the return of the product is made very convenient with an envelope they provide which I just drop in the mail. I will continue to go with Japan Wireless for all of my future trips.

Worked perfectly, without any issue even in remote areas of Japan

Great product. Realiable internet, did work up in the mountains, that surprised me. Not as fast as i thought it would be, but good enough.
