My 6th or 7th time using Japan wireless. Never fails. Excellent coverage even outsidide of Tokyo. no bandwidth limit.

Found ourselves without the ability to use an eSim while in Japan. Ordered a WIFI puck online before getting on the plane to Japan. Once landed, picked up a Wifi puck from Japan Wireless in the airport. It was.fully charged and ready to use. It was reliable for the 7 days we used it and it supported 3 people traveling together and had great range and battery life. Return was simple. Cost was even less then an eSim consideri g 3 of us were using it simultaneously. Highly recommend.

Internet connection while on the go has never been this awesome. No worries of any sort. My son and I both connected to the Japan Wireless wifi and through constant googling map we were able to go every destination so easily. There wasnt a day we got disconnected. Highly highly highly recommend. I will definitely come back to Japan Wireless and recommend it to others. Thank you for a top-notch service.

Easy pickup, excellent coverage and smooth return.

We had access to WiFi everywhere we went, including smaller towns. We charged the pocket WiFi every night. The battery lasted a long time and we only needed to use the portable power bank twice on two different evenings. We did usually start our day at 5am though, so only needing to charge around 7pm was not bad at all. If you’re dividing the cost between a few people, it’s significantly cheaper than using your international phone plan. Even if you’re the only one using it, the price is still cheaper. I would definitely utilize their service again.

Worked perfectly. Very easy from start to finish, ordering it, receiving it, setting it up and returning it. Would recommend for anyone needing a hotspot on the go.

Smoothest of services. Had no issues installing and activating the SIM card . The other travelers had European based service and had less connectivity. I highly recommend the eSIM experience. As efficient as one could hope for
