Excellent connectivity all around the country! Definitely recommended

This was a lifesaver while in Japan. It worked everywhere we went, and kept us connected. Our family of four were all able to use it all day and the included charging block was so helpful. We needed it a lot with all the apps we used for translation and transportation. So helpful! 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone planning a visit.

Renting the portable WiFi was wonderful. It was an easy pic up at the HND airport. We did have to wait 45 minutes. It wasn’t opened yet. 2 devices using 10 g. Was more than enough data. Happy it was charged and ready to go. Lasted all day for us mapping social media and email.

Signing up was very easy as I was traveling to Japan. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip. Canceling my order was again quick and easy.

I will order again on my next trip to Japan.

I ordered a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless based on other reviews I've seen and the process couldn't have been better. I was able to place my order in my home country and set a pickup date / time from my arrival airport (Haneda). After pickup, I only needed to turn on the device and connect our devices to it. The device worked flawlessly during my 2 week trip throughout Japan. We always had a strong signal and never had to use the backup battery even though it's great knowing it's available. Best of all, there were no data caps, which is amazing and gave me a peace of mind. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again the next time I'm in Japan.
