We used this during our trip. It was the best investment and decision we made.

This was the easiest and most reliable pocket wifi I've ever used! From Airport pickup, to daily usage, to drop off - the entire experience is seemless! Works pretty much anywhere in Japan and I was able to catch all episode of Game of Thrones Season 8 while at the train station, on the bullet train, and in line for lunch. It charges over microusb so you can use your battery pank or use the Company's.
