Good and reactive service.

Visited Japan on tour from Australia and wanted super fast and convenient internet wi-fi service. The 187mbps service worked a treat. Everything from order through to set up and returns was very efficient. Definitely use again on return trip to Japan.

Never had a single problem with wifi connection or battery with this pocket, full connection everywhere, even on Mt. Fuji! Moved in many town during 2weeks and never lost connection! The extra battery arrived together and helped a lot! Will get it again for sure when I'll come to visit Japan again next year, Thank you very much!!

This was so handy for us to have while in Japan . We could all connect to it . Easy pick up From Narita airport and drop.off in any post box . Had to charge while out during the day but luckily the Wi-Fi came with a power pack . I highly recommend Japan WiFi. Thank you

Japan-wireless is the best. We traveled from Tokyo to Hiroshima always had fast internet service. Return policy is the best!
