This service is good, you get great value from this option. Wifi connectivity is strong with multiple devices. However the battery seemed to drain rather fast sometimes and the unit can get very hot. Overall a positive experience.

Easy to fast

This is my second time using japan-wireless. Just like the last time, I was very pleased. The device arrived at my hotel on schedule and the coverage was fantastic. Never lost a signal in the metro either. Communication with their team, from the order to the return, was impeccable. Simply one less thing to worry about during your trip.

We had absolutely no issues with our pocket WIFI. It made traveling through Japan very simple. I would with out a doubt recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan.

We’re a party of 3 and purchased 2 sets for our 16 day holiday. Even though we have wifi in our hotel it’s been great to have when we’re out exploring and when we go out separately. We ordered the boxes to be at the hotel on our arrival and they were handed to us as we checked in. Alternatively we could have collected them at the airport if we wished. Although expensive, we would certainly purchase them again if needed.

My wife and I enjoyed a great time in Tokyo recently. Your provision of a portable WiFi router made this a more comfortable experience than some of our many previous visits. The Haneda pick-up was quick and convenient and the wireless connection was excellent throughout the 3 week stay. Postal return was also simple. Many thanks for that, with hopes we can return soon - John & Venus McClellan.
