Awesome and affordable. Used it for about 17 days while in Japan. I also was on a cruise and it worked while we cruise along Japan. Me, my brother and sister got one and lasted a full day. Covers up to 10 devices. Returning is very easy. They provide everything. All you do is pack it, seal it and drop it off at the airport.

Very easy pickup and return, reliable coverage with great battery life, backup battery is a bonus.

We had a very good experience with this company and their product. We had a very minor issue with our device on the last 2 days of our 14 day hire. We were refunded in full for the 2 days, even though we still had internet access on those days. Awesome product that we could not have done without. Communication with the company was fast and efficient. Thanks Japan WiFi!

Great product and service

Good fast wifi easy to use service

Employed this company twice. Comes with great instructions, and can ship to your hotel for pick-up. Can be used in the JR rails and in almost every place in Japan. Easy to return.

Slightly short battery life so make sure to keep reserve battery charged.

Wifi was consistently good in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. The unit was delivered timely to the hotel on the day of our arrival in Osaka, although it was ordered online overseas only one day before arrival in the Hotel. Price was reasonable compared to other providers.
