Absolute must have when traveling in Japan. Easy to use and it worked great!

The portable router worked perfectly for our stay in Kyoto. The hotel & conference center had free wi-fi, but this was great to have while exploring other areas of the city. Other than spending a bit of extra time charging the unit, we highly recommend having this and would gladly rent again.

Couldnt have been easier to rent this pocket wifi and it was the perfect way to ensure my family of four could stay online during our travels.

The pocket wifi is fast, easy to pick up & return at any airport. The battery is a plus compare to other wifi rental company. I recommend to use Japan wireless if need wifi.

Would definitely use Japan Wireless again. The service was easy and convenient with pick up available at the airport. There was never any trouble with connection or speed during my 10 day trip to Japan.

Rented this device to travel around Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto for 11 days. Never had a problem with connection unless we went deep underground in the subway. Pick up and drop off was very easy. Just know the post office at Narita Airport is on the third floor where you would check in for departures. I believe the post office was around check in area B or C. Ask any information desk and they’ll show you where the post office is. Drop off I just gave them the prepared returned envelope and that was it.

The portable wifi worked as well as we had hoped. 4 of us used it forbgps tracking around Japan so we knew where to go while the kids played games. It even worked between the walls of the hotel room.

I am going on a trip into Baja Mexico and will check if this is an option for that trip as well.

Worked excellently!! Unlimited plan worked great anywhere we were. From Tokyo to Kyoto and Osaka on the Shinkansen to Nara. My kids loved it! It was easy to get the portable wifi at the airport post office. At the end of our trip, I just placed the wifi back into the envelope they gave us and dropped it into the mailbox at the airport before we entered the ticketed area. We streamed videos, surfed the net, used Google maps to get around, watched YouTube to figure out what to see. A must have. Great communication too. I might even get two next time for whenever part of your group splits up when sightseeing. Don't forget to order this a few days before you get to Japan so they have time to deliver it to where it needs to be.
