Small and storable device. A slight disadvantage is occasional overheating. When I have it in the pocket in summer days it is unconfortable. However I am still very satisfied.

Tutto bene consigliatisismo per il viaggio

Très pratique, très fiable, facile à restituer dans une boîte à lettre, je recommande vivement.

I was in Tokyo for over a week from the US. I could have used my cellular international plan but limited my data and speed on top of costing twice as much as renting the pocket wifi. The speed was phenomenal. Using Google maps live and Google lens was life changing compared to my prior visit without cellphone data. I plan on using them again when I return to Japan. I highly recommend them.

Good connection, long-lasting battery and additional power bank if needed. Highly satisfied!

This device is essential as maps and translators are often needed. This was the second time I used Japan Wireless.
Four stars instead of five because the connection was sometimes slow/very slow, especially when two smartphones were in use. In the former experience (2019) I did not notice this issue.

Simply perfect. No problem at all. Kudos!

Perfect.
Delivered and picked up in hotel, two mobile always connected everywhere in Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Koyasan and Osaka without problems.
Returned in airport easy

We rented the pocket wifi for 35 days and never once did we encountered any problems. We are truly satisfied! Thank you! Till next time!

Going to japan again, we'll definitely use your service again. Highly recommended. Thank you.
