Awesome wifi, worked flawless even on shinkansen, battery last all day! Recommended.

Easy pick up, reliable device, and easy drop off. No problems at all.

Japan Wireless’s wifi plan was perfect. It was easy to pick up right at the airport and start using it. Having a wifi was such a game changer in navigating through Japan. It helped us to get around, find restaurants and translate menus and anything else that needs translating. Return was also easy.
The unit itself has a long battery life we never even used the battery that they provided but it was a nice to have. The plan itself was excellent always had internet connection so was never left in the dark. Wholeheartedly recommend!!

Für mein älteres Handy kam nur so ein Router in Frage. Hatte damit überall Internet. Nur der Ladevorgang dauerte immer lang. Habe meistens über Nacht geladen. Ein zweites Kabel für die Powerbank wäre schön gewesen. Ich würde mir den Router wieder bestellen. Dank Vorbestellung war alles schon bereit bei Ankunft auf dem Flughafen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Arrived as expected, worked very well with good battery life

We had strong signal and fast internet connection. The only issue we had is that it the battery and power bank did not last for 16hrs as what the manual said.. but other than that great product and service

Spent 11 days in Tokyo and was really pleased with how everything worked. Pick up and return was super easy, instructions clear, and the devices worked flawlessly. Couldn’t be easier.

A pro tip is to consider ordering two devices if you are many travelling together. We were 4 and at times it would have been good to be able to have one more device, for example when doing separate things etc.
