The router was waiting for us at the front desk of the hotel.
The instructions to use the router were clear and it worked flawlessly everywhere we went (even deep in the countryside).
The return process was smooth: we just had to to leave the router in the enclosed return envelope with a Japan Post associate.
In a nutshell: it couldn't have been smoother.

The connection is good, fast and also easy to use.

Stayed 9 days, rarely charged besides overnight. Good range, no dead zones, business wifi is a good deal.

For two weeks in Japan, I had uninterrupted fast internet. It was great

Ha svolto egregiamente il suo lavoro!

Pick up and Return went flawlessly, Connection was always good even in some remote places and even on the bullet train.
5/5 would buy this product every time 👍🏻

I could use it throughout the entire country (even Okinawa). It always worked and there was only one time where the Wi-Fi didn't connect, but that was fixed after turning it on and off again

fast connection, no problem occurred during 10 days of use

Servizio perfetto grazie

Everything good and perfectly working
