Worked perfectly fine and provided good service everywhere in tokyo,kyoto,osaka.

I purchased the two sims for my travel to Japan and I received the sims the hotel I was staying. At first there was a problem cause the reservation was in my husbands name but I ordered the sims on mine. They asked me to check on that, I told the reception on the hotel about the package I was waiting and Japan wireless solved it on the same day!!! I’m so happy for your excellent service. Thank you so much!!!

It was the second time i rent the wifi módem and i had a very Good experience, very good service, connection all the time. Next time i visit Japan again i will use japan-wireless again no dude.

We ordered online the pocket wifi for our 3 week stay in Japan.
It worked perfect. Easy pick up at the airport and easy return with provided envelope.

Japan Wireless hot spot was convenient and easy to use. I was able to reserve it online and have it delivered to my hotel. It was easy to operate and easy to return. It came with a return envelope and I just dropped it in the post box at the airport before I left Japan.
