E-sim was convenient and very easy to use. Coverage is also very good.

The instructions were clear — I was able to activate my eSIM the moment I connected with the airport ‘s wireless. The service is also pretty reliable and decent speeds.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used this service, I have never had a problem with it. The ordering process is easy as is collection and return. The WiFi works perfectly for two people using it at the same time, I will be using them again next year

The pocket wifi was more effective at connecting than an iPhone, and when I forgot to return the unit before passing through airport security the customer service was courteous and prompt in helping me return it after I returned home.
We will certainly utilize Japan Wireless on our next trip to Japan!!

I used the Wi-Fi unit while I was in Japan for the 3+ weeks I was there. I worked well and I will certainly use your company again. You supply a power pack and that got me into difficulties as I neverused it but it came up when going through the airport security. Leave it out. We can charge the unit in our hotel daily - no need to have a power pack.
