Great service. But less net speed in most areas
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. We are glad to hear that you were pleased with our service! However, we are truly sorry to learn that you experienced slower network speeds in most areas during your trip.
Connection speeds can sometimes be affected by local network congestion, heavy data traffic, or high-density surroundings, but we always strive to provide the fastest and most stable connection possible. We appreciate your valuable comments as they help us continuously improve our service quality.
