I was traveling in Japan for two weeks in October 2025 and never had trouble connecting with friends or services in Sapporo. It was perfect.

Couldn't be easier from pick-up to return. Network functioned all the time with 4 devices connected.

Japan Wireless was super convenient. Had the device delivered to my first hotel, which took the stress of getting it at the airport. When we check in, my parcel was already at the front desk. Had no issues with WIFI throughout our 2 week trip. Conveniently dropped off the device at the airport. Would highly recommend!

it was perfect, we had everywhere stable connection. pickup was very easy in the airport and drop-off was even easier. Setup is as easy as connecting to a home wifi. we recommend it to anyone visiting japan.
