great pocket wifi service. did not feel any drop in speed my whole trip.

I was able to pick up the pocket Wifi at the airport and return it there as well.
The reception was excellent during our whole stay.

Good coverage , easy to use

Service was great and seamless

I usually don't know my trip to Japan until the last minute but Japan Wireless let me book it even the day before my trip which is convenient. The only thing I noticed was that the price went up a little bit. I wish I could get a coupon code or a discount for next time because I'd like to continue to use Japan Wireless.

Efficient service and excellent product

Coverage was excellent and battery lasted all-day.

Thank you Japan Wireless! The pocket wifi was great. The collection and return process all worked well, our devices all connected to the pocket wifi without any problem, the pocket wifi battery lasted the whole day every day so we never used the spare battery, we never lost coverage. We had seamless data on our mobiles and laptop the whole 25 days we were in Japan. The charger supplied had two USB ports so we used it to charge our mobile phones as well as the pocket wifi. (a note for British visitors: our own 240V / USB charger we took with us from UK didn't work well on the Japanese 100V supply so we relied on the Japan Wireless pocket wifi charger for all our USB charging needs).
