Love the convenience of picking up at our hotel and dropping into a mailbox at the airport. Troubleshooted a problem almost immediately and it worked well after that.

This is the second time we have used Japan Wireless for their pocket wifi! Picking it up and dropping off at Narita was simple and seamless. We were never without wifi and it would last the entire day, even when using it for long periods of time figuring out metro lines, busses and shinkansen routes. We will use Japan Wireless again when we are in Japan!
