Very good and reliable service

My go to solution everytime I come to Japan with friends, for a very reasonable price you get a very good connection and a long lasting battery. Recomended!

I ordered the pocket WiFi for our 10 day trip and the entire process was very easy. It was so convenient to use the pocket WiFi and then just drop it off in the postal box at the airport for the return. Would definitely use this service again.

Japan Wireless made it super easy to maintain an internet connection throughout our two-week trip to Japan. Pick up and drop off were seamless, and the price was very reasonable. It cost much less than what we would have paid to set up international phone service with our home carrier. I would highly recommend this service.

This was an excellent option for my family of 4, each with multiple devices. The system worked near perfectly in both Tokyo and Kyoto. The only thing minor issue was the batteries only last about 12 hours and the extra battery pack didn't want to work for us. Luckily, I had my own charging pack along.

The device worked perfectly well during my 12-day trip. My only issue was that pick-up could only be either at the airport or at the hotel. As I was going to stay at a friend's house, it would have been more convenient to be sent there. I would use Japan Wireless again the next time I go to Japan.
