We’ve been using the Japan Wireless for all of our visits to Japan (more than ten visits). Their service is reliable and we had no problems. It is easy and convenient to pick up and drop off the WiFi equipment at Haneda airport. We would recommend their services to anybody visiting Japan!

Ordering, pick-up and return is easy, had no problem while using their services while in Japan

Great customer service and priced well. When I ordered the wrong pick up airport location, they worked quickly and got me a closer pick up location.

We recently used Japanese wireless for the first time.
Great coverage all over Japan including the mountains. Worked out fheaper than overseas roaming. Will use again
